HOW TO IMPROVE COMPANY CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT OF WELLBEING IN CHALLENGING TIMES?
Working remotely can be a new experience for many of us. We are social creatures. Is remote work the new normal?
We often forget two things that greatly influence employee wellbeing: company culture and office environment. Research shows that they both have a massive influence on our daily choices. We know individual wellbeing is easier when it’s supported by your company.
In our next Technopolis Wellness Talks Juha Äkräs, researcher and Chairman of Hintsa Performance, and Tiia Rauhamäki, Workplace Transformation Specialist of Technopolis will talk about culture and environment:
- What is the scientific link between company culture, wellbeing, and performance? What kind of culture enhances employee wellbeing?
- What role does our office landscape play in our wellbeing and productivity?
- How can leaders create a functional work environment and culture where employees will thrive in?
- How can employees themselves shape the environment and culture to better support their wellbeing?
